Anxiety Levels Reducing

I feel a little relief as I write this post. The older members of our family have all had their vaccination. I have been anxious about them since last spring. Now I feel a little better. We still have to be careful, but yet it does reduce my worry for them.

They were all very impressed by how well they were looked after and how smoothly the vaccination process went. It all seemed orderly and calm. That is a huge positive in a time when there seems to have been a lot of chaos and silliness.

I guess this is what the immunisation rollout is all about – reducing our anxiety. It is not going to protect every single person, neither does the flu vaccine. But it will help to bring those numbers down.
