You either do or you don’t like rose flavouring. It could be likened to marmite in fact. Of course even rose enthusiasts are aware that it is easy to over-do it.
I believe Fentimans Rose Lemonade does rose flavouring true justice. My goodness, you can taste the rose. They have not been shy of making this a full-bodied rose flavour. But they also reign in this distinctive flavour just enough to produce a serenely refreshing beverage.
I am a huge fan of Fentimans traditional brewing processes, but of all their products it is their rose lemonade that I applaud as distinctive, brave and a true winner. I avoid it in the hottest of the summer weather, because it’s perfumed nature is just too sweet for very hot days. But in spring and late summer, I could not be happier than sipping my rose lemonade, the ultimate treat for a rose lover.
If I have not already convinced you, please take a look at the Fentimans website to learn more. I am going to leave you with a paragraph from their website:
Our iconic Rose Lemonade is made with pure Otto rose oil from the world-famous Rose Valley in Kazanlak, Bulgaria. This rose oil is one of the most valuable essential oils on earth and used in some of the finest perfumes on the market. We blend a small amount of this oil with lemon juice to add an unrivalled depth of flavour.FENTIMANS.COM
