Barefoot Moscato

I feel I ought to add a sweet white wine to our drinks menu for those who have a sweet tooth. It’s becoming rarer to see a Moscato on the shelves nowadays, and yet I did find that our local Sainsbury’s stocked a good supply Barefoot Moscato.

I have to admit I don’t have a sweet tooth, but it is clear to see how very popular this wine is when we served it at summer garden parties. It’s light body with honeyed tropical fruit flavours make it perfect for summer. It is perfect as a refreshing dessert wine. If you do have a sweet tooth – you may have found your perfect tipple in a Moscato. Barefoot Moscato seems to be one of the few out there on the UK supermarket shelves right now.
