Warm weather is the perfect excuse to experiment with finding the most pleasing Rosés. Although, I have to admit, my estimation of Rosé wine has increased in recent years – thanks to France.
We have tried L’Arène des Anges Costières de Nîmes Rosé a few times as it it is often on offer at Waitrose – pleasing it is. It veers away from being overly sacrin, and neatly balances a red fruity freshness in a refreshing dry delivery. I think you could easily end up drinking too much of this because it is positively refreshing.
Well, we have plenty of summer ahead of us – is there anything more perfect than al fresco suppers with a cool glass of crisp Rosé?
