I am not ashamed to admit that I love ginger. I love ginger in all it’s forms. I consider myself quite the connoisseur when it comes to ginger beer.
Ginger is such a fascinating complex root – with more layers of flavour than an onion. It can be ferociously fiery – intensifying the heat of the spices it carries. Not with this tipple.
The ginger is tamed, but still allowed to deliver it’s punch kick – it is beautifully blended with orange (but you cannot taste orange) to deliver an exciting, refreshing, fruity punch. I love this mild ginger fizz. It is rather splendid.
Much as I love a sterner ginger beer, it is so delicious of having the option of a lighter more summery version.
