The London Essence Co. Rhubarb And Cardamom Soda

Oh joy of joys! I have found a soda/soft drink that I have fallen head over heels in ecstatic love with. I just cannot bear sickly sweet fizzy drinks or syrupy juice drinks. But I was intrigued when I looked at the range of sodas from The London Essence Company by one of their concoctions.

Life will never be the same again. Rhubarb and cardamom soda is refreshing yet not at all overly sweet. The two flavours are balanced beautifully with neither dominating the other. The aftertaste is a delicate cardamom that lingers teasingly on the palate.

I am very very pleased by this bottle of seductive soda. I had given up on finding a soft drink I truly enjoyed, but now my summer will be complete.
