Laundry Injury

Robert has been asking me all day why I keep winking. I am not winking. I have a rather sore eye. I opened up a new bottle of Persil laundry liquid and as I pulled the plastic seal off, a drop of laundry liquid landed on my eye…and it stung. Instinctively I rinsed my eye out with water for several minutes.

Later I was out in the garden, and my eye started to feel irritated again, do I was back into the house rinsing my eye out again. I have rinsed it several times throughout the day, but tis annoying itchiness keeps on coming back.

I am rather hoping that I will go to sleep and wake up tomorrow – and my eye will be normal again!
